Dermaplaning

Objective:

This training will teach how to safely perform a Dermaplaning procedure.  Detailed theory and hands-on practice with a licensed esthetics instructor will build knowledge and confidence with this popular advanced treatment.

Course Description:

This course will consist of theory in the following topics related to the dermaplaning procedure:

Benefits of dermaplaning, contraindications and client selection, proper equipment and technique, safety and sanitation, after care, how to incorporate with other facial treatments, etc. 

Hands-on practice will start with practicing the technique off of the face to gain skill and confidence safely, then a demonstration and practice on a live model will follow.

A model will be required.

Handouts, kit/supplies and a certificate will be provided on the day of the class.  Continued support is always included with the class fee.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to reserve the day. The kit fee must be paid a minimum of one week before training date.
